    All Character Classes - Critical Hit Rate(on Amulet, Rings, Belt, Weapon Modifier)249 (unchanged)

    This maximum value needs to be increased to at least 300 to increase the players' incentive to farm for the new lv50 items. I remember back then the lv45 items had values similar to this, so it only makes sense to increase it for the lv50 items. Or else I'm better off farming lv45 items and upgrade them to lv50 for higher vales...

    Low end should go up too.

    Honestly, the average crit line at level 50 should be the comparable to a glyphed up low level crit line at level 50. Otherwise those low level crit items will stay in the game.

    It was another good timing to fix the low level gear critical hit issue. missed. guys, you are changing every item in the game, is it hard to address the critical hit? just change it proportionally and increase the critical hit requirement to accommodate. what is wrong with you?

    249 is now max. Even lvl45 was better assuming upgrade. and the Low Level could be 378 or so?. Not even saying the lvl50 item total output will be limited to 800 something by some extra magic formula. so ~850 vs lets say ~1400, nice...

    and cannot skip another "nice" change - mages are now not equal in HP with Rangers and Dwarfs. Really? With so much damage Rangers have on their EA you decide to nerf mage's HP? that will bring current imbalance between those guys to whole another level. 'thank you'

    otherwise, I like everything else that was announced, assuming the amount of bugs/beetles/mortis priests in m2 is a bug and will be adjusted. that will kill the processor, as even with 4-5 of them shooting, it freezes out everything on core-i5 last generation intel processor with an 'okay' graphics card.

    So what is going to happen with those of us currently working on this and near completion? Will we have to start it again by collecting these new items?

    It is ridiculous the way you punish mages! When you give them much lower HP compared to the other classes, you must also give them higher damage.
    Please explain why mages should have the same stats as everyone else on damage, but much lower stats on defense?!

    The quest might still be active but getting to that map might take a very long time...

    The location for cloak of power 5/5 will be change ,so I think they will be convert "the current progress" with new one just like the fragment from old parallel word quest

    hod with no knights means= cancel my premium+NO weekly credit card transaction from me....
    removing knights from hod prove that developers want to stop the farming that kept us playing this game

    Spell weavers always had lower health points than other classes.
    It is not the pure base damage number that makes mages matter, it is the stuns and spells that they have.

    i worked very hard for mortis coins it should be convert to andermant or any other currency....

    Since they buffed the crit values on weapons significantly, it seems like they want us to use weapons with crit lines on them, which lowers the potential maximum damage output. I really can't see how this is addressing the low lvl issue.
    If you're lucky you may find items with a max of 249*1,xx (rather low number I guess) crit value on it in PWs, happy farming xD

    Nevertheless I'm still looking forward to this release, especially the reworked PWs and the upcoming new difficutly in 159.

    This sounds awesome :)

    But please BP and CMs, keep us updated on balancing issues like the 6k Draken weapon of DKs and lowlvl items.

    There will be Champions with guaranteed extraordinary drops, which really makes no difference, except for more fun, variety and on top of that, the drop of Legendary items is increased by 50%. Premium has a lot of other benefits too ;-)

    I think, we really went into effort of farming coins only at the very beginning when HoD was released. At later stages, Mortis coins were obtained along the way with HoD farming without any deliberate or directed effort to get those coins.

    I personally really liked the changes except for one thing, and that is, - they still have not made the low level items obsolete, and that I don't understand. Everything else, "high five" Bigpoint!

    Would be very interested to find out about new uniques being dropped in maps and by Bosses though.

    Why are you farming m2 knights? My quick guess would be that you run past mobs and clear every knight for...say 5 minutes. Also because extraordinary drop is 100%. And of course for glyphs.
    But they increased drop rate of extraordinary item from a champion mob. I'm not sure but there might be a possibility for even better farming. Given a map and champion mobs location, might give us even faster farming for extraordinary items.
    Also PW 2.0, specifically part 2 will add more difficulty options, also better drop rates as CM stated in the patch notes. I would gladly abandon m2 knights if I can farm NORMALLY any other map with the same or better drop rate. I don't like running past mobs just to get to a desired mob, it feels like I'm cheating the purpose of all these useless mobs around me.
    Now for glyphs, if we can farm the same or bigger amount of glyphs like we use to in m2, what would be difference if you would farm m2 or any other map?
    Don't get frustrated before it's here. Of course everything what I said might get knocked out of the window by a huge fail fist from BP, which usually happens..

    The reason I was told by others I asked was the exp they give. My reply is a level 50 gets no exp so it should be a win win situation. Now if it takes longer to kill all the mobs think of it this way they too can drop items...

    whats going to happen to current quest frags? I am almost finished Ring of Death quest (need 5 more frags from mortis) and almost done ring of life one, but wont complete by the time R158 comes in as am playing the event.

    this game is going backwards farming wise...they think new maps and new difficulties bring the fun...but the core of the fun is the loot rewards..not less and less loot every release.....im using my credit card to upgrade my character and buying premium...what i get in return? new release with more difficulty and less drop....wow this going to be fun....all im asking from developers is to wake up and start listening to their customers (players)

    Why ... when they are still needed if you want to kill Mortis?
    Are you playing on TS?
    If not wait until this release comes to live servers ... because your comments are far from the reality.
    The Item drop in any of the new maps is much much better than the current m2 drop. In average you will always get 10-15 extraordinary items ... plus legendary items if lucky.

    My concerns are about andermant drops ... but I wouldn't want to jump into conclusion yet because they have announced further changes and difficulty selection ... but since they are not in the R158 ... well ...

    1. The andermant drops are same in every PW map. They drop either x21 or x22. That is a very low andermant drop and I see no reason why would be anyone farming the harder maps when the drops are the same. Even if the difficulty selection not being implemented yet the drops should be higher on every next map.

    2. Crafting (gems/items) is pain in the back ... they must keep it the way it is now.
    You can't remove the item/gem by clicking on it (right click) ... instead you need to click on the gem/item in the inventory (and the gem/item might be in the different inventory bag ... so you need to change the pages) or close the window ... same goes when upgrading an item.

    3. The newest version of the Ammon Set is very good ... for avoiding.

    4. The new PW maps are boring, dull and not challenging (since there is no difficulty selection yet ... this is my view now ... when R159 goes live I will make another post).

    5. I find the new system of matery fragment drop very stupid i don't like it ... but then again ... knowing the rewards (new ammon set) getting the items easily is probably a good choice ... since not even noobs would have desire to attain those items.

    6. Not a single merchant is selling buffs in the new urban area.

    7. The new Quest for the Cloak of Power is just another stab in the back to the veterans.
    It is obvious that BP cares only for more noobs in the game ... they don't care about the existing loyal players.
    And that is such a shame ... because the veterans are one of the main reasons why new players are coming and playing this game.

    8. The new Combat Value System is hilarious ... at least.
    Just like the Compare Loot Tool this is another useless garbage feature that is polluting our screens. I don't need a peace of junk code ... to tell me whether my build is good or bad ... my character my fetish. I will develop it as I like ... and certainly I will not listen to some to some gibberish feature telling me what should I do.
    There should be an option to disable this feature.
    Same goes with the Combat Value Feature: Better equipment notifications ... but at least this feature can be turned off.

    9. The new PW maps have been visually improved ... but butchered which affects the game play. So we are coming to the global issue that all today games have.
    In the past the games had a lot better game play ... today games are having only visuals and nothing more. like I am playing the game for the visual effects ... they are turned off even if I have decent PC configuration.

    10. The changes to the gemstones are right move ... but not enough.

    11. The new Jester's gemstones are useless.

    I think the chance to drop pink items from mini bosses in PWs is now 100%
    If this is true, it means you can farm all maps the same way you used to farm HOD. The difference is that you don't get bored farming the same map over and over again, but you farm in the same way, different maps. When you get tired of one, you go to another. Just rush through the useless mobs and go to the minibosses: vortex + headnut / explosive arrow and he's down in 3-4 seconds, then move on to the next mini boss. After you're done with the minibosses, the premium users have the advantage that they can reset the map very fast, while the f2p will have to suicide and wait 20-30 more seconds or kill the mobs at the end of the map so they can teleport back to the city, or it would be nice if they have a way of reseting the map fast for f2p too, like you had in HOD: you reset by going in the mortis map.

    Edit: I agree with trakilaki... where are the buffs? And especially level 50 buffs, not level 40 buffs which are useless. 100 armor and 100 hp wow that will really help me at level 50 :rolleyes:
