Now I remember "WHY"

I have been gone for a few weeks, playing a different MMO. I recently came back to the game to play with a friend, after I found out that my CC was being charged for 1 month of premium even though I had not ordered anything, seeings as how I un installed the game weeks ago. So I go to support ticket and account support and then it starts. Not only is there NO way of talking to anyone about this but there is nothing in the drop down menu's about un incurred or unauthorized charges. So, I am literally stuck for the $10. ok No biggie, So I decide to redownload the game and play just to use the premium, seeings as I paid for it.
NOW I REMEMBER "WHY" I left in the first place. How anyone can play a game where items are OUTRAGEOUSLY over priced, Cool down timers keep you waiting to actually play, and where your movement is restricted by combat activated skills because both actions are 1 in the same BUTTON. Not to mention the off screen attacks that seem to kill you from out of nowhere cus you cant scope around the general area until it's too late. Lest we not forget about how the defense of armor and items is so ridiculously low that it only takes 3-5 hits to actually dis-embowel you. Also why it takes 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 glyphs to go up one level on upgrades when you get only .oooooooo1 per item you dismantle. It behoves me that dam near 80% of the people on here that have come up through the age of this game, (whom these conditions do not affect now, either because of the 1000's of dollars spent over the years or to just find the right hack and or bug and never get caught), seem to have 10's of 1000's of the High Tier items that actually help make this game bearable. For those of you who feel it's your duty and or feel you have a right to stand up for or back of your breathe feel you need to attack someone actually touching the truth @ a few things , save your effort and your breath it will fall on deaf ears. And it doesnt actually make you sound or look like you know alot more about the game than you actually do. So in closing I would like to say, I think this game was better off staying as part of microsofts lil tid bit back program game like it started off to be years ago. Like the ole saying goes I think this game got a lil too big for it's britches. But 1 in the same please don 't let my opinion dis engage you from your game. This is only my opinion.

 

Yes there literally is, there's an option that reads "Payment problem" when you're weaving a ticket, and even in the utmost case a ticket was to be labeled incorrectly, it would only mean a possible delay on an answer to it, but it doesn't mean it would be ignored, you'll have to wait for the support volunteers to get back to you with your issue, since we can't do anything about payment issues in the forums, so, I'll be closing this thread, but before:
