I came back to the game after many years, but I'm about to quit again because I couldn't get help from the support team about the problems I had and these problems. As a last resort, I am reporting my problem to you.
In this game, I can't spend much time in dungeons, sometimes I can't even navigate in normal maps because the game constantly stops working, I can't interfere with the game in any way, I can't even open the task manager and I have to reset the computer.
My system is even too big for this game.

Sapphire Nitro+ RX 5700 XT 8 GB Graphic Card
    Ryzen 5 3600 Processor
    1x8 GB RAM
ASUS TUF B450 PRO GAMING Motherboard
    1920x1080 144 Hz LG Monitor
    Windows 11 OS.

There is no problem with my internet connection, I also set the game to the lowest graphics settings and that didn't work either.
I also tried deleting the temporary files in the temp folder and reinstalling, but this is not the solution either.

You get an error? Or does the game just freeze/crash?

The game freezes, I don't get any errors. I only got a "low FPS" error once, but that was probably due to changes I made in the settings, and I never got that error again.
I don't know why but I have a feeling that the error is caused by Windows 11.

Check your RAM usage when computer is idle and when game is running. To me it sounds like memory issue, but not sure.

    That happens to me too.
To me and many other players, especially those who play in Agathon. And I am somewhat annoyed to answer that the problem is from my team.
We know perfectly that the deficiency is due to issues of developers and/or servers.
If they pretend that someone plays this game review this, and stop proposing solutions as ridiculous as formatting the entire system every time one opens their pathetic client.

RAM usage at idle is 43%, while gaming is 60%.

Many people I asked in the game stated that they did not have such a problem.
I totally agree with everything else you said. The game has a st*pid client, it doesn't even ask you where to install the game, it installs it directly to the C folder.

I got no clue then, sorry

Hum, weird. Not the error for itself I mean, that is commonly triggered out by a specific C++ function when a vectorizer or renderer encounter an undefined or unrepresentable numeric data, but the fact that it seems you've had the same exact trouble even 2 years ago Bug - Crash in Blakborg | Drakensang Online EN

Ofc I see the name of the user that reported it is different, but the path C:\jenkins-slave is clearly related to the same computer, or at least to the same installation of Windows. And surely two years ago your computer wasn't running Windows 11.

If you (or who in your place used the same computer/disk/system) still couldn't solve it after 2 years passed, in my humble opinion you could/should do some test:
    • updating all the drivers in your computer (even if sometimes old drivers work better than newer ones) maybe using an automatic software at purpose, like Device Doctor or Driver Booster or any else
    • trying formatting and reinstalling Windows and the full bundle of hardware drivers in your pc, rather than momentarily booting Windows from a different disk, even a USB support, on which to install and run Drakensang as well
    • testing Drakensang on a different computer - for this game even an old notebook is fine - that maybe a friend could lend you if you don't have any, in order to rule out with absolute certainty any possible problem with your internet connection
As a general info, I can add that:
    • not rarely happens that Drakensang lags or even freezes for 10-20 seconds, but this kind of block usually resolves itself and when the game becomes responsive again you see yourself dead in the middle of the map. But the complete and unresolvable freeze, also without throwing out any error, as you said in the beginning of this thread, is a very rare case as far as I know. This is a further reason that makes me prone to believe there could be something in your hardware/drivers that Nebula engine "doesn't like much", rather than a generalized mistake/bug in the client: and this, unfortunately, makes much more difficult to help you for any support
    • Drakensang definitely works on Windows 11, with exactly the same issues and lags that it presents on Windows 10. Some user here (not me) would advice you to use Windows 7 if you are looking for the maximum reliability while playing Drakensang.
I hope some of this can help you out.

I'm not the person who got that error, I was playing this game last time in 2015-2016.
I did all the computer updates a few days ago, still my problem did not go away.
I deleted and reinstalled the game but that didn't solve my problem either.
I changed my DNS settings but that didn't solve my problem either.
Sometimes it throws me out of the game by giving the error I have attached the photo of above, and sometimes the game just freezes and stays there.
This game is a very simple game compared to many other games I have played. I've never had this much trouble in any game until now, but it bothers me that I don't have any problems with this game and that the authorities don't care about me at all.
It's as if the game was left to its fate with a bad ending. Like an orphaned child.
If I owned Bigpoint, I'd probably grab the entire DSO support team by the ear and throw them out the door.

    Said this in another way:
Format your entire computer, update all your hardware, change your Internet provider, to play this game.
Surely the problem comes from your side, and it is not pronlema of the game ....... ok?

"Many people I asked in the game stated that they did not have such a problem" ...
Bro don't think something strange here? don't u think here issues not with a game but with your system? something wrong with Hardware or software or both.
I have much older and weaker pc vs yours and have only problems when changing maps and "famous *.59" hourly freezes.
Test DSO with other pc ,maybe other ISP, do not use Wifi ,but wired connection...play game after client downloaded full data etc, etc...

dude, it's probably because of me anyway, but what's the reason? There are people who have this problem besides me, I learned this by asking in the game.
Which game do you constantly get errors while playing and spend days to fix it? Is there such a game? No. So the game has serious problems.
    EDIT
You have to understand that this game's client is old, this client doesn't even ask you where you want to install the game, I have never seen such nonsense.
I was playing this game in the years 2014-2015-2016, I swear to you, I didn't even have any problems at that time and my computer was very old.
Have a look at the "technical support" section of the forum, everyone has a problem, there are people who constantly get various error codes.
And finally, I guess I'll try formatting as well.

There is an error and the type of error is obvious, is it correct? The error is called "ode internal error 1" now what does it mean? Isn't there a single authorized person who knows this? When I searched on the internet, I saw people who got this error, but not a single official has given an answer.
Authorities should know what reasons this error might be caused by so they should offer me a solution, but things don't work that way here. They suggest the same solution to everyone "change DNS settings" "check your internet connection" "clean temp files" etc.

Because the error core is not "ODE internal error 1" but "Assertion bNormalizationResult failed".

Now that you have finally gotten it, instead of a generic and not better definable "game freeze", try to report it to game support and wait for their answer. It is a very technical affair and here on the forum it is unlikely to meet one of those (very few?) users who have encountered it and solved it in their life on Drakensang, but perhaps the support has received other reports over time and can help you further.

The game is very old, the graphic engine is obsolete, the resources to maintain it are certainly few and those to develop it even less. Either you accept it, and you slam yourself to solve your problems when they arise, or you'd better play anything else more modern, reliable and bugs-free: here it's already a half miracle that there's still someone in backstage keeping the whole thing going on. Keep expressing your grievances is useless for you and annoying for your readers.

First: report the error to game support. Second: if you (they) do not solve it, try booting from an external disk a clean Windows installation, and test the game from it. Third: at this point you should have the elements to decide whether formatting and reinstalling everything in your system is a decisive decision or just a waste of time.

This (again) is only my opinion, feel free to proceed as you prefer more.

Since the first day I started the game, that is for 1 week, I have been sending a message to the support teams, they say that they will get back to me within 48 hours, but they do not.
I will try to format the computer, obviously there is no other way.

About support, my advice : open new ticket from DSO official site, but first log-in ,alternative way - to join ofc. DSO Discord and get support here.(ask mods for help or from discord support channel open ticket).
i don't know about that Nebula error (that thing support/dev territory), but what i found :
    1. Bug - ODE Internal Error 1 | Drakensang Online EN
    2. Technical FAQ - A nebula hibaüzenetek | Drakensang Online EN
Maybe in some cases can help or not...

And format can help on software level, when OS files are corrupted , remove malware/viruses , but not all...etc. But if hardware is not working as intended after while u again have the same broken system.
Can you run and pass tests for Ram, HDD/SDD (esp. bad sectors for hdd). benchmarks, stress tests for video card or the whole system?
Can you run other more demanding 3d games without issues? Yours system more or less ok but 16gb RAM much better choice ( 2 ram sticks for dual memory channel , with a same kind/brand ,stats)
Are you monitoring cpu /gpu temperatures? Power loss too is not good and can damage the File system, and for sure hardware components.
DSO intensively uses CPU ,so the first and most important task is proper cooling, cleaning the CPU cooler from dust and dirt, and changing paste after some time.

    very good, now I started getting the nebula3 error constantly https://www.hizliresim.com/rbxz1ki The reason for the error is the expiration of the deluxe membership, but there are 21 days until my deluxe membership expires. This game is very fun :D:D and the solution proposal of our amazing support team is the same;

change DNS, delete temp files etc. but none of them worked again.
