Hi all,
Is there possibility to log-off all instances (somehow) after I change a password or mail on my account?
This feature would be very handy to prevent hackers form getting in our beloved accounts.

 

No-one can access your a/c without your authorisation if you follow the basics of keeping your a/c secure. Read "Safety First! How Secure are You? "

 

Sir, will all the respect sometimes changing a password or mail address on account is not enough, I experience that first hand a day ago and right here on DSO. I changed password 3 times and changed mail 1 time, bouth very complex passwords and the perp/hacker is still getting in the acc. So I honestly think that it would be a very good idea if you could log off all instances after password/mail change for safety reasons.

 

if you visited one of those links hackers post in chat then it's all your fault. and if they keep entering your acc even when you change pass that means you problably downloaded keylogger without knowing.

 

Also , your request does not make sense. When you log out of your a/c, your characters already are logged out of the game. You have already contacted Support about this matter. Further discussion about your case here in the forum is not needed.
