Banned for no reason

Does anyone got the same issues after this game broke a few days ago? i got banned for doing nothing never use bot or anything else, im going to stop play this game if i cant get my heredur acc back, such a waste for effort and my time playing this game

 

Sad feeling when it happens, I can guess. Even more if you feel you haven't infringed any rule.

Have you abused the new jewel's bug, and used it to make gems dust? There is a semi-hidden post (I have noticed it only in the Polish and Hungarian sections) in which the orientation of the producer would be to punish if not ban anyone who has taken advantage of it.

If not, just contact support and ask, in the few cases in which I have had the opportunity to speak with banned users, the support has provided the reasons that led to this decision.

If they won't explain you, and you know you have a clear conscience, you can consider to take legal action especially if you threw money in here. Or, much more likely, just go to play something else.

 

already contact support but they just dont give a [DEIT] about my condition, and nope i dont ever use that jewel bugs, i just playing after my 3 weeks off, and got banned for no reason, such a nonsense XD

 

Hello. Please be patient - it may take a bit longer than usual but I am sure that if you sent your ticket to your language Support they will get in touch with you and explain everything.

almost one week they say they will contact me again, but after all, they dont really care, am i right, my time and effort, they really dont EDIT for player like me ,

no , they just said wait for one business day or often even faster we will contacted you again, and what, they never contacted me again, i tried to reply but got rejected lol
