    I'll be first, I guess.

    Event is good, I guess. Better than last.
    But, WHERE IS MY BEARARCH!!!!! I've been waiting for like a year or more for the last beararch piece. I got the 3 from the original event, but never got the chance to buy the 4th piece with draken.

    I'm sure many people have this problem

    also, what am i keeping war gear for? are there going to be any more defense events?

    Those random champions are too hard to kill ... they are even harder to kill then the mini bosses inside the same map.
    In painful mode the champions are equal to PW fatal mode Mini Bosses.

    Ran this map 4 times so far twice painful twice normal just for a look

    Pick Axe drops 6 0 2 5 So these are the improved drops ??
    Impure Viscanium so the Geode bosses went from 50 to 11(if your are lucky) or 1 another Dev Improvement ??
    The Amphorea's are good
    The Mini bosses in Painful are way to OP
    4 runs no Julov
    Also all white items have been removed to bring this event inline with the game as it now stands White Items drop from Amphorae
    Sorry but this game has gone from fun to just log on playing with friends while they are online to now a waste of my time
    So Dwarfensang by Twinkpoint now it has gone from not getting my money to now you know longer get my time

    ran the full map twice so far, once normal and once painful. total of 74 progress! less impure dropped by the geodes, no difference in pickaxe drops, or burners. so where are these improved drops that have been implemented after "listening to our feedback"?? only thing I can see is the amphorae on the map, but they don't make up for the lower drops from the bosses and the barrels

    Drop rate is improved, from 50 to 11(if you're lucky) . Axes: where can we find them? Oh yes,sorry, sometimes you can find 1 in a vase. and if you have some why using them? you maybe get 1 or 3 pure viscanium. Yullov is always on a holiday. The whole game is a JOKE, no more fun, just like real life, only money, money money. No pay no game :(

    The drop was reduced from the monsters, Jullov is so hard to find that i am starting to think that they removed him (me and my friend haven't found him not even once). Once again BP promotes solo. Me and my friend can't go together in case somebody finds Jullov. Not to mention the barrels that opens for one person a time. I got 2 times 1(!) impure from the monsters that once threw always 50... Talk about improvement.. The only thing that is positive here is the amphorae.

    Event worsened! The Bp, keeps his promises! Now they can play only paying ranging in high mode. For all other is the usual agony with some deterioration in more.

    In addition to the nerfs that have been mentioned above ("neat" amphora do drop pickaxe fairly often [4 in first run], biggest mini-boss drops 1, but mob dwarves drop even less than ever [3]; barrels drop 0, 10+1 or only 1 impure viscanium), the one "leader" Troll I encountered (which was, as mentioned above, relatively stronger than in past events) only dropped a single 15 impure viscanium bundle, not two as I recall we received in the past.

    Upshot: What BP gives with one hand, they taketh away with the other. Event shows no improvement (at least on Normal mode).

    EDIT: Holy crap those Leader monsters in Painful kicked my butt every which way to Sunday! Yes, I was a new / weak Level 50 Ranger before R185, but seriously! Even with my buckler rather than quiver, Leader Dwarf with flame burst one shot me, twice ... I spent 160 on andermant just trying to survive my lone Painful run (Leader Trolls got me twice, and the biggest mini-boss got me once), but gave up after the fire blast Leader Dwarf one-shot me the second time (of course, he's got super speed, too, so no way I could avoid him, even dancing around obstacles to try to create a barrier and throwing my tree at him to slow him down [Dwarf completely ignored the tree, of course, as most Leader, mini-boss and boss monsters do]). I even had to waste blue essence on normal trolls because of their HP and defense.

    And, the rewards weren't there to justify Painful anyway. Mobs are twice as deadly and 4 (or is it 5 times?) harder to kill, yet we only get 15%-20% higher drop of Impure Viscanium (rocks drop 6 instead of 5, and trolls drop 17 instead of 15 [was expecting 18 = 20%, but, nope]. Also, I slogged through about 85% of the map, but only dropped a single pickaxe from a mob; none of the "neat" amphorae were kind to me, nor did the biggest mini-boss drop one this time.

    Back to Normal for all but advanced end-gamer players.

    EDIT: Higher drops are possible. Last run in Normal dropped 3 from "neat" amphorae, 6 from dwarf mobs, 1 from 3rd mini-boss, and 1 from a barrel. Total 11. Now if that were the minimum, or at least the average, I might congratulate the BP/DSO team.

    You call this the "Community Edition"? Good joke.
    BP must be thinking that we love to grind. I must say that it is a completely invalid perception.

    This event used to be fun. I remember when I used a pick-axe I used to get either 5 event progress or a monster when defeated that dropped 50x impure. Now, that was the level of rewards I would consider as fun. Still it took a while to complete the event, but we didn't feel like a huge grind.

    But now, opening an axe, spaws a monster who drops 1x impure? Or 1 event progress?
    This is completely unacceptable. Not only to mention that getting axes are even more rare.

    I wouldn't be spending my time on this ridiculous event.

    I agree with Traki that these mini bosses are damn too hard. I can't do painful mode, but even in normal mode, they are giving me a heck of a challenge. However, the bosses of the maps seems much easier than these random mini bosses.

    Now, don't get the wrong idea and increase the difficulty of the map bosses by 10 fold.

    I find that all the little creatures have increased damage in their attack and harder to killl...played all the quests but didn't recieve any runes...only quest left is in the secret harbor and have over 200 lowering devices but when I try to enter the arrow is red...I can't get pop up I missing a requirement to get into the secret harbor to find the other coffin???

    Oh boy, i liked the regular one more...
    • Increase drop rates for the Crystal Miner's Pickaxe (not exactly to old standards, but within the new balancing limits)
    How about that!?! Drop of axes is hilarious.
    Jullov? Who, i dont know him....

    Listening to the community is one part, but understanding it is something completely different. Sad story...

    Once again, nice event but it could be better.
    Good things: rewards, Neat Amphora, nice graphics design(as usual), pickaxe/amphora key exchange, quests, etc.
    Bad things: low drop rates, very low effort/reward ratio(higher difficulties), because of low drop rates too many Pure Viscanium needed for the event progress(5000).
    Crazy things: When I go on Painful difficulty (first 2 bosses) drop 6+11 Lowering Contraption Burners and when I go on Fatal difficulty i get only 8 :confused: (multiple runs)[EDIT: My bad :( It was just bad luck got 8+13]. Also, in non event maps, with higher difficulty you get the same amount of Impure Viscanium (even less) despite +200% stack size :confused:
    Sadly, I rate this event 7/10.

    Meet Julov one time and he and his family gifted me 12 pickaxes (Painful diff.) :)
    [EDIT] Met Julov in Fatal difficulty (dropped 14 pickaxes). The fight was crazy, he and his family had so many bufs that apparently overlapped. It was difficult but very fun fighting them :)
    Very disappointed that Impure Viscanium are not auto collected :(

    Drop is little better than last time, but not much better. Neat amphora is good. Pickaxe drop is same thing.....

    One thing i can not understand.... this is 5th version of Dark Dwarf event (and second time this year) and still impure viscanium is not on auto-pickup list, plus mobs drops Insignia of Lacomus no metter did you take a quest, you have a guest or you finish quest???

    *Events Gems if you are not an SM
    *New Amphorae
    *Impure Viscanium drops < previous editions. Prior to changes you could net between 600-900/run
    *Geode Minion drops a lousy single impure viscanium
    *Stale rewards like Wings and Costume
    *Little Minion bosses are OP in painful...I was lucky enough to have 2 of them together along with a Boss Porter which made for fun times
    *Bueller? Bueller? I mean Jullov which I have yet to see nor has anyone in my guild.
    *Where are these improved drop rates of pickaxes?

    For me this event ranks a 6 steaming turds out of 10.

    *How about working in some weapons? You know like for DK's a Pure Viscanium Pickaxe or Hammer, SM's Pure Viscanium Drill Gun, SW's Pure Viscanium Divining Rod/Staff and RA's Pure Viscanium Cross Bow.
    *Diving Bell Costume for a mine???? You may as well have overalls, respirator and a hard hat (We don't need 5 Diving Bell costumes)
    *Replace Wing mount with a Burrow or Mining Cart (We don't need 5 sets of Wings)
    *Add a pet Canary (Canary in the mine)

    I have made 14 runs on "normal" and was fortunate enough to find Jullov twice (each with a 12 pickaxe drop). Made 1 run on "painful" and the random mini-boss trolls were really tough (totally agree with Traki on his input in this area). The neat amphorae are a good addition and have usually good drop rates. As a 1H DK trying a balanced build this event is proving to be a real test on the higher difficulty for me....doable but definitely slower paced.

    VI edition and I'm not able to have more than 2 runs.
    Aggressively boring.
    Afwully grinding.

    I tried mod3 against one shot mini bosses :eek: no way. Seriously ?
    Longhelm mini bosses burners drop rate terribly lowered, Why ? 7 burners each .

    I've read something about "community edition" and an "updated drop rate" or a better drop rate.
    What are you exactly talking about ?
    I mean : what are you clearly ( exactly / precisely ) talking about ? +% increased drop rate really ? which rate ?
    I mean : Why I'm not the only one able to notice it ? Why most of all are not able to notice nor check it out. ?
    I mean : did you ( DEV ) think we ( players ) are just whining about that , or we are all lame players or maybe we ( players ) are concretely complaining about something that we are not able to notice?

    Or maybe VI dwarf edition is just a test waiting for the VII enjoyable edition ?

    I'll wait for tuesday's patch / or update / or fix in next days.
    I'm sure, I'm trustful you will do it because you love us all and want to give us all a new rising enjoyable game, so I'll try once again to enter event map and maaybe will be able to give a clear feedback.

    Worst thing in this event (and I wonder why noone has noted it yet) is that only one character can open the barrels in the map which means the main map MUST be done in solo.
    Without the barrels you will lose 100-200+ impure viscanium per run.
    Also, in the map there isn't a fixed number of mini bosses. I've seen max 5 per map and and even if they have the exo guaranteed drop in painful it's not enought to justfy the pain you have to suffer to kill em and the loss of all those impure viscaniums.

    To prevent even more the grouping, in this event, the minions from geodes can drop 50 or 1(!!!!) impure viscanium and this was the only advantage you had doing the map in group.

    So the question is: why BP doesn't want that ppl play in group?

    About the drop rates: it seems that nothing has really changed.
    The only thing that makes things a bit better are those neat amphoraes but they have the same drop table in any mod therefore the best mod to play the event remains normal and painful if you are looking for some challenge but you want to progress SLOWER in the event.
