Game Freeze And close when i talk with NPC

I came back to the game after a few years, but when I go to deliver a mission and I hit the deliver button, the game stays blocked and does not continue, the problem is that it only happens to me from the "downloaded client" game because from Steam It doesn't happen to me, but of course my level 100 pj can't play it on steam...
Is there a way to solve this from the downloaded client/ launcher x64bit

Some things to try, in the order you read them, one after the other:

1) uninstall the game, restart your computer, empty the TEMP folder, reinstall and try again: if you have an old installation on your computer, it may be a good idea to delete obsolete files before installing the current version of the game

2) when it freezes, try waiting at least a minute and see if it starts again. In the past it happened that by handing in a quest or opening the achievements window the game went into momentary freeze but, even if after a rather long wait, it started working again. After that it usually didn't freeze anymore, at least not at the same point.

3) try playing from browser instead of client as explained here

4) contact game support in your language and document the problem as best you can, even sending the screen of the blocked game
