    Hello, on the 5th between 20:30 and 20:40 while playing I unknowingly dropped a runic ornament from my character's inventory which contained 5 winter runes and 5 matter fragment runes. I reported to Support, but every time I got the same response. Who should I report the problem to, and is there any chance I can get my 5 winter runes back
