Hidden Achievements

    Looking through my achievements I notice there are many incomplete and described as "Hidden Achievements"?. Simple question is, How do I find out what and where they are so I may complete them?

    Hidden achievements are exactly that--hidden. There is a list HERE of known achievements. The hidden ones are enclosed in spoiler codes at the bottom of each post.

    (Yes, I'm aware there's one hidden achievement that is still a bunch of ??, and the events achievements list needs to be updated as well.)

    Also, the ones in the "Story" section are completed as you progress through the questline.
