Is this normal?

    Hi,everyone. I am from Asia Taiwan. I have a question.
    For the past 4 days,pm 6:00 , pm 7:00 , it is ok. I still can play DSO smoothly.
    But after 8:00,it starts getting lag . I can not play it. because seriously lag. ^^"
    Is this normal? Or only me have this problem!

    No, it is normal only after new patch or in the first 1-2 hours of an event.

    I've some problem only between 6:20am and 6:50am CEST+2 every morning.
    Probably at that time server run some scheduled operation.

    Don't you know that internet cable in sea is broken few days ago? It needs some days to fix.

    Hey there,

    On which server are you playing in?
    It may be related with a hiccup from your server. But, there are some reports related with Tegan and Agathon servers, so it might be the case. If you are playing in Tegan or Agathon servers and you are experiencing an increase in lag, please make use of this thread: HERE

    I'm logged into the ThinClient. I came to the forum in ThinClient. Why does your "HERE" open in my default web browser where I'm not logged in instead of another ThinClient browser where I am logged it?
    Seems to me there is a failure in the link function.

    I have same problems early mornings, always between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM
    And i'm not alone. My friends have same problems. We playing on Grimmag server.
    I think that is time for server empty cache, i'm wrong Sunlight?

    Thank-you for pointing it out ;) One more suggestion to send: make thinclient more friendly about forum using :p Absolutely. You are right.
    It is just because you are using forum through thinclient... we will send it as a suggestion.


    Hey there @Lazycrazy ,

    We have no more reports about that so far coming from other teams. Please, can you send a ticket to our support team? They will give you all the support needed. At that hour, normally servers are not with a lot of people connected, which means that something is not working properly...
