Reading all this bs makes me sick.
The picture posted by @EmilyRose proves my point (
    ).
Yes they did, at least about bellicose set laser. Other players were concerned about its dmg (wich was 3 times higher) and the official (because what is written in patchnotes comes from BP itself) answer was basically that the laser was ok, cause if they too thought it was bugged, they would have fixed it before since it benefit players (like in full moon event => killing wothout spending essences)

You're saying that MC should work only if casted on an enemy "targeted" by the cursor, cuz it is not ok for it to be casted randomly... Then what about all other skills used while the mouse isn't over the mob/player that gets hit? Like fireballs, EAs, gorund breaker etc? You're targeting the gorund so why should a poor sandling be hit?

Or maybe, the prove of how they [EDIT] the description. Maybe new employers misinterpreted it.

+1 to this. It doesn't work with Singularity itslef. Since what is written on the description is what it should be, then there's no problem if it gets fixed they way Singularity reset Singularity, in an infinite cycle, right @MaxDisappointed? (⊜‿⊜✴)

The situation with the Astral Phenomenon of consciousness is completely absurd.

If this is a bug, it should be fixed, isn't it? User agreement expressly prohibits the use of bugs. Formally, after the 216th release, every magician who uses control during a boss fight will automatically become a dishonest player (since it is _officially_ called a bug). At the same time, developers themselves encourage this behavior, which, I repeat, violates the user agreement.

On the other hand, if this is still not a bug, but a feature, developers should recognize that they just want to nerf mage, without any pro and contra, just because they wanted to.

Comparing EA, fireball, etc with the MC is just nonsense.
When you use EA, fireball, etc to shoot in a point trying to aim predicting the enemies moves can't be compared with MC.
If I use EA on the opposite side of the enemy, EA will just be thrown into the air without effect, if you use MC on the opposite you will control a random enemy without needing to aim, whether predicting moves or not.
You are just comparing aiming with "press button and win", I do not see the point on the comparison.

First they say they solved the bug in PvE and PvP, but they just fixed it in PvE. Now they say that in next release they will fix it in PvP but return the bug in PvE until they do a release dedicated to the bugs of all the classes because mages were complaining and they felt special with the fix.
    Now let's see patchnotes:
    - Bosses are now immune to the bleed effect from Blade Dance as long as their immunity is active
    - Reduced the length of the animation of Thicket of Thorns so it matches the actual range of the skill
    - Reduced the maximum range, a Steam Mechanicus can attack with two-handed weapons and with Orsha’s Lost Firestorm, so it exactly matches the other classes
    - Bosses are now immune to the poison effect from Thicket of Thorns as long as their immunity is active

Well, are mages special? It is not the time to fix an ability but it is the time to fix some more on other classes?
What's the point on saying: We will return the bug for now but fix it again months later. No sense.

    nice joke
there is no bug in MC ^;-
bp first change the description of MC next they name this 'bug' to clean hands
they forgot that ppl have many screenshoots from years and they can show this in any time ^;-

    also
u think mag is special? so maybe we fix ranger's active q7 buff from 'hit net' to 'stun with net' and this will be fine as mag's MC now
the same in SM and DK active q7 only when they deal full skill's range, not just hit
