Nebula disconnection problem

    I get this error all the time:

    D3D9VertexBuffer::Map(): failed to lock vertex buffer
    (hr=-2005532132, mapCount=0, numVertices=32768,

    I followed the usual steps as suggested by the support (clear dso folder, re-install client,bla bla) but cant get rid of it.

    Any advice ?

    Check if you have the latest drivers version for your GPU and the latest DirectX version.Reinstall both,this probably will solve your problem.

    Step 1.: scroll down, look for yours the nebula
    Step 2.: click on the text "Spoiler: EN"
