Problem with Encyclopedia of revelation

Hi guys i got problem i buyed this encyclopedia of 7 days exp and its not working it have some cd it say item not rdy and i cant use it can anyone help with this? i dont have any other used or something not sure what is wrong with this this 23h cd is from my costume to not confuse anyone

I think this item conflicts with the 21 days 25% exp buff from the premium.

 

its not working thats problem i payed 4000 + adamants for one big nothing ....useless item with some wierd cd that not moving at all.... and premium gives only 10% bonus exp not 25 . ...i dont see whats wrong why this not working and developers not helping ...waste of money

 

If I can ask a question, have you already used one of these items? It seems that there is a bug that affects the cool down timer. While the Buff timer works in real time (which is intended), the cool down timer is counting down "in game" time. If this is the case, it is a known bug and is being addressed. If your issues isn't described by this, let us know so that we can gather more information and add it to the bug report.

It has been confirmed today, this bug will be fixed with Release 167 on Thursday 16.06.2016.
