    Dwarf nerf again , and bosses boost , nice . will see what it gives for the live server. about the new event and new runes, i'm sorry but im pretty sure 80% of players wont use this runes. so for me it's a big -1 for this Release.

    Which attacks were capped at 100,000? That is a huge number. I mean, with 50k hp and 50% armor, you go down. If you don't block it. I hope no attacks exceed that, except for attacks like Grimmag's 'laser' thing or Bearach's bee swarm...

    I was kind of hoping for a real q7 fix, but nothing again :/ I'd suggest like a 60 second cooldown, but people would rip my head off.

    Ice Missile was ridiculous, so kudos for the fix.

    The new event thing and runes, I'll wait to see it for myself, but I'm not really that keen to buff group talents with runes that on top of that can only be put into the belt, which I use for resistance runes...

    Also, I understand the class specific seal is a thing because otherwise group play would be irrelevant in the process of getting the runes, buuut I can already see the disappointment when you have a group of a DK, 2 SW and RA but you find an SM chest :D

    Lastly, more randomness both in the chest and the crafting, is of course, always welcome! *winky wink*

    About the event: I play with dwarf and at least for my class the runes are seemingly useless so if there is no prize beyond that I will probably ignore it.
    On the nerf in the dwarf, I consider a fair rebalance, I used the oil a lot and in fact it was quite broken although I think the nerf was exaggerated, seeing the good side at least takes the mechanical class out of the limelight, and that is something I particularly prefer.
    On the bug fix of the mages, I think ok, had already been predicted, however, in relation to the rangers, I do not know if it's a bug or not, but from what I read of the description of r210 the arrow would start to explode when it collided with a wall, but apparently it explodes when it collides and at the end of its reach or on the ground itself, correct me if I am wrong, and this behavior is normal.

    Which are these "several skills" for DragonKnight?

    So in Infernal 3 (mode 6) they have 120% (or 100% not considering painful) more HP?

    A new event without progress bar with completely random rewards so we have player with full rune and player with no drop (like wisdom runes)

    And about Kaylin Lefrye's Coat?

    No, No an NO we don't need patch like this.

    This seems like a really bad idea in my opinion, I wonder whose idea it was to make group rune effects work in solo farming (& probably pvp as well then)...
    If these runes do work in pvp & are stackable I can already see dwarves running around with a 75% healing skill every 30 seconds, this in combination with the oil change where it gets placed on the cursor instead of the character opponents will be permanently 'armor broken' by the Oil Coating debuff which lasts for 5 seconds after touching the oil

    PS nothing about the buffed new/full moon bosses & mobs like @trakilaki showed us? Did I miss something or is this change maybe canceled?

    Yeah its just simply stupid.

    Edit: Would be better if sometimes ignore to make useless event, changes and do bugfixes, and polish the game with little things..

    • Starting with when useing jump skills would be cool if i dont die when i left my last position and dont get dmg still when i jumped away from the attack, this is for all the 4 class.. And no this is not have to do anything with lagging. I have constantly 30 ping.

    • Q4 Cardhun port should be mooved away from the boss spawn possition so players cant port out accidentally without picking the drop..

    Little changes like this, i would be fine with this changes if it makes the game better.
    We can agree this event will be useless.. at least for me.

    "The runes are socketable in hip slot items, as it is the least used slot for runes so far."

    I don't think anyone would choose these runes over resistance runes.The only way i would go after them is to make an other way to place them in items.I suggest you make a new specific area named something,like "Stone slots" where we would put in "stone" gems.The only "Stone"gems would be those new "group talents" runes.

    I havent spoken on forum in ages as my posts gets deleted, but here goes:
    r211 is basically BAD!
    Personally as a mage I do not use the abilities associated w the centerskills of the groupbuffs! They are useless for mages, and BP would know that IF they actually listened to the community, but they dont! Frostnova may be used to interrupt a boss or to get out of a stun, but used as a offensive damaging spell? Get real! And Watcher or Destruction? They are useless skills for mages, The watcher deathbuff U will have to wait for the watcher to die after 10 sec, and if Im in a group where we stay in the same area more than 10 secs, Im leaving the group! And as for the Destruction spell it has so many problems, thats its impossible to use! -The animationtime to cast the spell alone is ridiculous and dont evenget me started on the cooldwn...

    And I do agree w Redkiller! The hip-slots HAS to be used for resistancerunes if U wanna play this game so the argumentation made by BP is MORE than cringy, and shows (as usual) that they havent got the first clue as how us players actually approach and plays this game!
    IF BP actually had thought about the slots for just 1 seccond they would have come up w something better, but they never do! But hey lets make it easy for U guys and just follow my directions, ok? -Make them shoulderrunes! How hard was that? Right now we only have 2 shoulderrunes, and they are both targeted on specific farmingpurposes... 1 is for farming matfrags, which U can choose to ignore when groupfarming is being performed, and the other is for wisdomXP which U will have to ignore once it reaches lvl 200 anyway! And if U dont like the idea of a 3rd shoulderrune, then make slots in the pets, and let us put them there! This is just off the top of my head, Ive thought about this for like 5mins and allready I have 2 better ideas than BP yet again!

    I like the idea for the new event, that the groupmembers have to coordinate their efforts and work together and even better in a new way in order to pull this thing off, but since the rewards are nonexistant for mages at least I as a mage will not do this event! So congrats BP: First event not being played in allmost 8 years of DSO! -and I have been there for some pretty crappy events! ;)

    To sum up: The baseidea for the event sounds nice, but 0 rewards = 0 participation on my part!

    P.S: At least have the profesionalism to show the correct rune to the correct description! Showing all the wrong pics like that just shows us (again) how little thought and effort U have put into this! ;) ...cringy!

    HEY! You've screwed up the client again. Instead of downloading bundles the game downloads the new files/content when you encounter it causing lags/freezes/skips. :confused:
    We need a hotfix to download the files as bundles, not every meshes, textures, language, maps, ui, texts, anims... etc. individually. Fix it!

    I am regulary playing Circus Monstrorum event with left over entrances. Before with ver.210 on painfull mode I kill Dragan in 10 seconds while Tesla is still active. Today with ver. 211 on same painful mode I could not scratch him, maybe 5% down. Also instant death from single hit.
    Something seems wrong here.
    No, I did not enter in higher mode, bosses on first map had same health.

    edit: Sigri seems unaffected, goes down at usual speed.
    Kali, Harald as usual, ok.

    Gwenfara is also too hard, just bit weaker then Dragan. Again 1 shot death. She drops Draken core, same as Dragan - possible connection?

    I'll update post as I progress bosses.

    It would have been better if the new runes could have been slotted into the ammy and/or helm because I have nothing too good to slot in there.
    The patch balances some stuff (beeng a dwarf myself I apreciate the changments done to oil slik) and if it fixes the Q7 bug it's gonna be a wonderful patch.

    It is an error - properties of some monsters (event bosses) were not adjusted to "new" scaling by monster rank mechanism.
    Notice - the new moon spider bosses has been adjusted.

    Hello everyone!

    Related at Ice Missile. With Patch 211, was supposed to fix a bug who affected damages produced by these 3 missile from the Eternal Scorn set bonus, not to shrink to a ridiculous value of 30% from the base damage, the damage produced by this skill. If a player don't use q8 set, Ice Missile is completly unusable with such dmg and nobody will use this skill. In this moment, mage have no one skill with 0 mana cost, with who he can deal a constant decent dmg. Even with q8 , dmg produced now by Ice Missile it's extremely low and to keep a set only to can deal 90% from the base dmg it's absurd. Set bonus it's supposed to provide facilities to players who use it, to increase his skills and status, not to make him weak and after to help him to approach to some damage that he made it anyway working hard. In our opinion, to fix that bug, has meant to reduce the dmg produced by these 3 missile, from 300% dmg (as example) to 180% (as example) not to completely abolish a skill.
    About finall boss in parallel world. We need now much more time to kill a boss and idk how this can help us not say about Khalys who appear now in 4 places (as in 3 places wasn't enough), attack differently and only make us to lose time searching the right one.
    Why we try to make our char better? To see after how we become weak with such changes? At a moment a player reaches a maximum and can't increase nothing else. For him, to make 9600 dmg with Ice Missile and green, mean to change what? Or maybe to take a break of dso bc I have a doubt that he will accept to behave like a beginner in the map, after years of work.

    The game client DOES NOT download all game data in advance, every time are ONLY 20+/- files, when I do a clean install 5 times. It freezes about 8 minutes when I report a repeatable quest to NPC. So my toon loses my hunter's fortune (82x).

    The Q8-thing we were warned about, so evryone just take a chill-pill w that! However I wanna talk about the char movement! The movement of the char has allwayz been extremely bad, getting stuck on every nogg and cranny, mobs that just are too invisibly big, so when U think U are pressing the ground, U are autoattacking a monster instead, all things that makes it hard to navigate in this game, but after r211 U added further to that list, now w some BS about every time U press a monster for attack with either left or right button, Ur char gets frozen on the spot, making it allmost impossible to kite mobs now! In order to make Ur char move again, U have to find a clear piece of ground and leftclick on that.

    This makes this game unplayable!!! I mean I can live w the fact that bosses like Khalys attacks differently and are way harder to kill now, but to remove the last bit of gameplay we had in the game, and make this now a pure hack'n'slash-game with no viable option to kite, thats just too much! Finally after allmost 8yrs I think its time to find a new game... And this time looks for a game where the developers have some respect for the player-community...

    thank you for one more time that you make the game harder in the arena but also in farm! you give back explosive arrow in the rangers and make it dmg 3.5 meters like meteor from mage lol but meteor you can see it but arrow not can see it. ok you did us to stop play with ice missle, can i ask with what shot i can kill dwarfs in arena if dwarf stay back from tower???? can you tell me how i can kill one warrior with 80% in ressistanse and full block? and 75% 80% block rate, if i shoot them with ice missle warr take back life more than dmg i make. the only big dmg hit for mage it is only ice sphere but to make you good gmg first must freeze you and frozen storm not help for 1.3 sec freeze you. ice missle it was only 75% from the base dmg and now you made it 30%???? omg why every day made mage to stop play??? why you did me to regret becaouse i make mage? or i lose my time and my money to make my mage???

    Oil Slick will now be placed at the mouse cursor position and not at the Steam Mechanicus’ feet anymore.

    Now Oil Slick is not useless at all, otherwise can be considered as a usefull skill.
    This change is extremely OP!

    Finally q8 set for mages works like the way it should be
