Hello support team, I just want to ask why I couldn't play the game using the browser via bigpoint.com where in fact that's what I used to play the game for almost 2 years. I used the browser today via bigpoint.com and it puts there to download the client version. I downloaded the client version and used it but when I enter my username and password I used from the browser via bigpoint it wouldn't match? How's that possible? I need help to access my account. My ID: [EDIT], Tegan server. If you wish to reply, you can email me at [EDIT] Thank you and more power.

I do not believe you will need another explanation after you will read from the link above. I like many stopped to play the game after the browser version was "shut down". Even if you will keep your old firefox version, for how long you will be able to play ? You should ask yourself this question. Good luck.

Hello @domzkie , let's jump right into the issue, but first, I'd like to remind you that, for security reasons, sharing your account details, or e-mail adress is not permitted in the forums, please be careful with your information in the future.

Having said that, we announced about the Firefox changes a few days ago, and gave a series of recommendations to avoid experiencing any interruptions in your gaming experience, then, in light of the recent changes, I suggest you double check your password and try to recover it from your browser with the steps provided in this link.

If you're still facing issues after that, you can find and contact our amazing support team from here: http://www.drakensang.com/support ;)

I have it on the one computer. I have a question though. IE11 is compatible with Win10?

Ty pal. One more thing please. Do I have to install Java for that as I have it for Firefox?

If you have already install java than you dont have to do it again.

As for Java install... it is advisable to install 32-bit version even on 64-bit Windows
