    The one with 20,2% attack speed and 20,3% weapon damage.
    BTW you can find a lot better wands.

    I am quite the noob here still. Can you explain why the one with 20%s are better?
    The other one has way more damage and an additional slot (thats my noob thinking)

    Increased weapon damage can go up to 40% per enchantment ... attack speed can go up to 15% per enchantment....

    Only because of the attack speed.
    It can be used both for PVE and PVP.

    40% for a weapon enhanced % line,
    About +40 or +45 for a + damage line,
    15% for a speed% line.
    Not sure about +crit or crit dam%
