Been away for awhile and could use some help...

My wife and I stopped playing shortly before the "Jungle?" expansion went live. I'm reading through all of the official announcements to try and process all of the changes since then but it's fairly tedious and exhausting so far. Could someone give me a synopsis of the "large" changes since that point that would help me get back into it? That would be really helpful and I will say I really appreciate it beforehand.

Thanks... I've been browsing through both the wiki and the forums for a couple of hours now but I think I'm too old to retain so much information in one sitting! I'm going to roll a new toon I think and go from level 1 to see all of the changes; it's a bit daunting to start with level 42 characters at this point.

My wife and I enjoyed the game before; although we do think the game is too heavily "cash gated" for players. But we did enjoy it and that's the main point I guess. I'll probably play for a week or two before she finally gives in and downloads the client again. Thanks for the welcome; I appreciate it.

Hi Hal if you are interested we have a guild in Agathon that has quite a few Married (older) members We use team speak and are very friendly, active and helpful. Most of our members are level 45 and above but will be glad to help you as you level up and go thru all the new changes with you. Thanks Hink... But all of our toons are on Heredur for some reason. I'm not sure why we did that but we did. If I ever decide to start over I'll give a shout.

I know I'm new to it but I'm kind of liking alot of the changes so far with the latest updates. It's still a money drain if you're impatient I guess but I can look past that and enjoy everything else for what it is. I do have one question though. Do Sapphires still drop at all? I've played quite a bit at different character levels over the past few days and haven't seen one drop yet.

Ahhhh.... Thanks for that. I completely missed that when browsing through the releases. I don't know if I'll convert any of mine either. But I guess you can convert into celerity runes and use those gem slots for crit I guess. I'll have to think about that a bit.
