    Raaaah, Im not sure! My last buff ran out 3 hours ago, so U may be right on that point! ;) Still... that does not negate my point of not only improving droprate, but also stacking of RF! And U are right about the 7->10 RFs... (I still remember when they only cost 5 fragments ;))

    My statemant was based on 4 years on this forum. It should not surprise anyone because it is also one of the reasons for "weak players activity in the forum". But before post get deleted (again) or get ban for speaking my mind (again), lets get back to the topic.

    Both "testers" are very well known to me. Tralkilaki can be a little stubborn sometimes but he runs DSO wiki vary good and Baragains math and game mechanics tekst on forum are praiseworthy.

    Thats is 1000% certain. Reason for that is that both of them are missing a point. And I said that to Baragain:

    Main problem is DSO "fight" against XP blocking. You know: no pvp under lvl20 and than lower to lvl15, same with events except some are still for lvl20 only. There is visible lower drop rate is you are in +6lvl or greater party. So I suppose this problem is something like that. Q5 played by not end-game player. I can vary easy find 4 lvl50 players from my friend and just stand there while thay kill Khaly but I go to Khaly ALONE. And even there is 1000HP tick for lvl50 players (see Trakilaki and Baragain posts) my char have 2764HP without +5%HP pet. So if we assume that I go with 50lvl player (and I didnt) my char must survive for atleast 2 sec!. So to be killed instat when it touch a ground is.... ok, maybe not a bug, but its programers mistake or compete lack of logic. If DSO team dont want to bother with proper scaling than you should do as on TS.... give everyone lvl50 and few legs item to start and that is that.
  4. Don't be dramatic. Your only posts that got deleted were your off topic ones in another language, and one of our mods was kind enough to translate your other post instead of just deleting that one too.

    Well, since no one else can replicate this (myself included, I got the 1000 damage that Baragain and Trakilaki got), you still have the same two choices. Either give us proof for us to send up, or this goes in the category of "can not be reproduced" and gets ignored until someone who is a feeling more helpful gives us real evidence. Same goes with the drop rate claims.

    Ah ... wait ... you are forgetting the key to your answer
    That means 1000 flat damage per tic is only for level 50 players. But if the highest player in your group is level 50 and you are lets say level 25 ... you are getting the damage for level 50 player but since you are lower level the damage will be larger for every level (difference between your level and level 50).

    As for R170 and the Mentor Bonus ... I think both bonuses should be lowered down to 100% ... not just the knowledge bonus ... but also the honor mentor bonus.
    There are enough Honor bonuses ... guild, premium, bonus from DQs ... 100% honor bonus is more than enough.
    This way with too much stacking bonuses for alt/new characters is ridiculous.

    Ok, my mistake. But you are missing kay point.... I WAS ALONE! Nither Khaly or thair doubles can make some decent dmg to my char but wave attack kill him in a millisecond.

    i dislike the new dailys because i will ony get 6 rewards as i will not do pvp since rel 155 why must u do arena to get full rewards you were always given a choice before.i do like increase in frags unless it dries up in a couple of days

    I like the new daily quests.
    To all the people who are complaining to this daily quest system: in the previous system you could only get 1 reward, now you get a lot more rewards and even buffs, you can simply choose in which category you want to play to get the first rewards, so even if you don't want to do pvp, this new system is a good system. All the complaints about how unfair this system is because you are 'forced' to do pvp are all stupid, mainly for two reasons: 1) don't expect to get full reward if you aren't ready to actualy work for it, pvp is also a part of the game, 2) many players don't like pvp because they get killed with 1 shot etc and the pvp system is 'broken', well I don't disagree with the 'broken' part, but maybe if everybody just played a little pvp the pvp system has more players to match and maybe create more fair matches. Take of your blindfold, certainly when you didn't play pvp for a few years and start again playing it. I mostly play 5vs5 or 6vs6 because even when you are the worst player in your team, you can still do some usefull things and help your team and through time you will learn what to do and which skills to use.

    The only 'complain' (maybe workpoint is better) I have about the new daily quests are the duration of the buffs: 30 min is not long, but a good duration if you can use it to it's full potential, but for example pvp buff, for the moment I'm playing with a character that has reached lvl 45 today, yesterday (not yet lvl 45, so didn't get matched with lvl 50 players which resulted in long waiting times as usual) I completed the pvp quests, but I couldn't realy use the buffs, since by the time a game was found, only a few minutes were left of the buff.
    While I'm waiting for an arena fight I mostly farm other maps of my level so no time is wasted leveling up. Doing so, I complete other daily challanges that give me higher gold drops etc. Then I get an arena fight and the buff of higher gold drops keeps running while I'm doing pvp.
    It would be more fun if the buff for pvp would only count when playing pvp and visa versa (ofcourse at the end of every day, clear all buffs or something so that people can't pile up buffs) so that I can fully use the buffs.

    The higher droprate of realm fragments is very nice. Maybe also make an auto pick-up thing for realm fragments in the future, because this actualy is the quest 'currency'?

    Well, if you aren't even willing to try, then you don't deserve the 9/9 bonus item. Simple as that.
    The first one is 15 min, the second one is 30 min... makes me wish that the gold was worth 60. That would be worth it.

    yeah well done on the pvp daily, now all the noobs are trying to cash in the bonus.

    Im being put with two lvl 46 'no-rank' and 'recruit' vs 3 field marshals lvl 50 on 3v3. Few times in a row. always fighting against 'favored' and always losing.

    Im not buying premium for a long time now. fix these issues, normalise pvp (e.g. all warriors have 2k dmg, then its equal), allow team-only vs team-only instead of mixing 6k dmg with 600 dmg players, ditch the 'favored' or whatever, then im gonna pay.

    I got p****d off so badly i wanted to delete my character and never to play the dso ever again.

    Who came up with this totally retarded matchmaking system? Why dso wony simply copy what big MobA's are doing? science behind MM is out there, all you have to do is to copy, copy and copy.

    And don't even get me started on 2v3 or 1v3 matches. I remember pressing '3v3' button not '2v3' right ? Can't we wait for the 3rd guy and make the game more equal? Even when im being put in 3 vs 2, i dont like it because 'stomp' type of play is not my favorite. If i wanted to beat 5 year olds i would go to a kindergarden. all MobA's got a 5v5 system that works beautifully, why cant u work on that?

    The DQ is nice, however the PvP got even worse for a player who does not team up often, like myself. Cheers for that, broken became even more broken.

    So what exactly counts as a boss monster for these new dailies ? I just killed Khalys - same lvl as me, 25 - nothing. So, I killed Grimbart - lvl 26 - still nothing ! If these don't count as bosses, what does ?


    Yeah, the battle quests are virtually impossible for solo players. If you play on a "foreign" language server, it's nearly impossible to team up.

    I dont know well to explain but its new mini/special boss mobs on regular maps. And Im afreid that, with all changes in game, there are vary few of them on low lvl maps. Must say that not all of them are counted. In Frog river delta I find 3 of tham but only 2 are counted. That need to be explain little better, or maybe is just overlook by BP team... just like players lvl8-14 was given daily to do PVP when thay set min lvl15 for PVP.

    My opinion on the R170 and the new daily quests is generally very positive, but I will save my full feedback until after I've seen the new events.

    Two bugs that I've found:

    1. The buff rewards from the daily quests have their timer running even after you log out from the game. So if, for example, you earn that 30min buff and decide to take a break, its no longer there after you log in. As with all such buffs, these should be counting online time only.

    2. The honor insignia gained from the PvP daily quests (2.500, 5.000 and 10.000) do not get added to your arena progress bar for the next PvP rank. I am not sure if that is intented or not.

    10 is not enough? And to how much? If they do that, they'll somewhat counter the drop-rate increase... pfft.
    I've seen other buffs go out during offline time... they should work it out somehow.
    Also, those insignia must be designed as currency-only. Anyone'd go up rather fast if they were added into the tree too.

    1. It is the same like premium works. Now even EXP buffs (from the shop) are working the same
    2. Badges of Honor and Honor Points are two different things. Honor points are going to your total number and can't be reduced (used) ... while Badge of Honor is a currency ... you can buy items from the PVP shop.

    OK, taking this thread back to what it is supposed to be about, feedback about i170.

    I have a couple questions, asked support and they gave me the answer that they only know as much as the patch notes said. So, I'm taking it to the big boys.

    I'm trying to understand the new daily system. The three columns, only 2 are shuffable even though the crown shows on ALL 3 columns. Why? Why can't the premiums shuffle that middle column? Is it bugged? Is that reserved for the deluxe? And if it is, why only the deluxe?

    And why is it when I complete one, I can do more? How many can I do during the day?

    I wouldn't put it exactly so, but it is wrong to say that "you were always given a choice before" due to various reasons: one - it was luck dependent, meaning you could reshuffle and get all PvP challenges again (not the case anymore) - we should be thankful for this bit; two - before you'd only get ONE reward... now you get an extra EIGHT on the bar + another NINE from each challenge, also NINE buffs (tho I'd count these as lesser rewards, but still more than we used to get) totalling up to 17 (26 if you also count the buffs) extra stuff... so saying that they force PvP now is like saying that if, say, there's a sale on gems they're forcing you to buy gems in order to take advantage on the offer. And come on... two out of three requirements within that challenge don't even require you to do anything, for goodness' sake (play X matches and kill X players, as this latter one can be done in modes other than 1v1 and count the others' kills if you're really that grossed out of PvP) !
    No, only the bronze challenge in the middle row is not shuffle-able - and I am quite sure it's the same for everyone, so that's how it's been set (just that some confusion might arise, as we've seen here, due to a peculiar type of mini-boss being required). Silver and gold challenges in the middle one can be shuffled.

    As for your other question, it might be due to your level. Check the patchnotes (as you always should if you're gonna give feedback :p) and see the level limitations, i.e. you must be a certain level to be able to do higher tiers of challenges. There are 3 columns, each with 3 tiers: bronze, silver & gold, so up to 9 a day.
